All products are manufactured in batches based on orders, so we have the MOQ request for production. The entire production process involves 3 phases and requires 45-50 days to complete.
1. Raw material phase:
After received the order, we will check and purchase the a number of raw materials around 10 days to ensure enogh materials to produce.
2. Processing phase:
Pipes are first cut with a cutting machine, then bent in a different machine after being chamfered in accordance with product standards. Each pipe is manually punched one at a time after it has been bent. After being punched, the pipes are put into a welding machine for full-length welding or manual welding. To guarantee dimensional consistency across all pipes, specialists regularly check requirements during this procedure. Workers grind and polish finished pipes simultaneously, then apply the final coating. Liquid coatings and powder coating are standard coating techniques that are usually applied in conventional colors. The color production process involves adding pigments into the coloring coating line for mixing and blending. The production department requested that special colors meet the MOQ of 1000 pieces due to the quantity of coloring coating line needed.
3. Assembling phase:
The assembling phase is the last part and needs around 3-7 days. Each product component is put together by the workers, who also attach product barcodes and logo labels, pack the items into boxes, weigh them, and deliver them to warehouses where they are stored until they are ready to be exported to the relevant clients.
